B2B payments solutions provider Mintoak raises Rs.80-Cr from BlackSoil
Mumbai-based fintech SaaS company Mintoak has raised INR 80 crore in acquisition financing from BlackSoi l. The debt facility was used to finance the acquisition of ICC Loyalty, a loyalty and rewards technology company based in Dubai.Founded in 2017 which was co-founded by Raman Khanduja, Rama Tadepalli, Sanjay Nazareth , Kabeer Jain and Rohit Ramana, Mintoak provides a payments and engagement operating system for banks, enabling financial institutions to convert payment transactions into customer engagement, recurring revenue and value through a unified white label platform.
Between Jan 2020 and Dec 2025, Mintoak had attracted about $ 40 M from Pravega Ventures, HDFC Bank, British International Investment , PayPal, White Whale Ventures, Z3Partners and Others.For FY25, Mintoak had reported about INR 93 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 37 Cr in PAT.
