Blackstone-backed Knowledge Realty Trust raises Rs.500-Cr via commercial paper

Mumbai-based Knowledge Realty Trust , a real estate investment trust, has raised INR 500 crore through the private placement of commercial paper. The 91-day instruments are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE.Knowledge Realty Trust , co-sponsored by Bengaluru-based Sattva Group and Blackstone, has a portfolio of 29 office assets. As of December 31, 2025, the trust managed a portfolio totalling 46.4 million sq ft. The trust plans to use the proceeds from this fundraising to meet its expansion requirements.
