Digital lending s’ware maker Veefin to raise Rs.35-Cr via NCDs
Mumbai-based, BSE SME-listed Veefin is to raise Rs.35-Cr through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company plans to issue 3.5 lakh NCDs with a face value of INR 1,000 each on a private placement basis.Founded in 2020 by Gautam Udani and Raja Debnath, Veefin develops supply chain finance and digital lending software for banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), fintech firms, and enterprises. The firm intends to use the capital raised via NCDs to support its acquisitions, working capital requirements, and overall business scale-up plans.The company raised Rs.94-Cr last year through a preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants. In FY26, Veefin reported a revenue from operations of Rs.345.1-Cr and a net profit of Rs.32-Cr.
For FY26, Veefinhad reported about INR 71 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 18 Cr in PAT.
