Embassy REIT raises Rs.1,400-Cr via 10-year NCDs
Bengaluru-based Embassy Office Parks REIT has raised INR 1,400 crore through a 10-year Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issuance, priced at a fixed coupon of 7.49%. The issue was fully subscribed by a large life insurance company. Talwar Thakore & Associates provided legal counsel for the transaction.This transaction marks the REIT’s second long-tenor debt raise in FY2026, taking the total capital raised through similar 10-year instruments this fiscal year to INR 3,400 crore.
