Gold loan provider Finkurve raises Rs.50-Cr via NCDs
Gold loan providing non-banking financial company (NBFC) Finkurve Financial Services has secured INR 50 crore through a non-convertible debenture (NCD) issuance from Franklin Templeton to fund its expansion plans.The fundraising is being completed in two tranches, with the first tranche of INR 24 crore already closed.The proceeds will be used to expand the firm’s lending business, strengthen its technology platform, widen its operational footprint and deepen its presence across existing and new markets.
For FY26, Finkurve Financial Services had reported about INR 140 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 17 Cr in PAT.
