K Raheja Tower Project raises Rs.520-Cr in construction finance from DBS Bank
DBS Bank India has extended a construction finance facility of INR 520 crore to a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of K Raheja Corp . The funds are earmarked for the development of a commercial tower located in Balewadi, Pune. The project is pre-certified as a LEED Platinum development.
