Economic Times Mumbai-based Kotak Mahindra Bank and Yes Bank are marketing bond issues ranging from USD 400-M to USD 500-M.Kotak is pursuing a debut international bond issuance, while Yes Bank is returning to the international market for the first time since 2018. Both banks may price their respective issuances this week.Founded in 2004 by Rana Kapoor and Ashok Kapur, Yes Bank is a full-service commercial bank offering corporate, retail, MSME (micro, small and medium enterprises), investment, and digital banking solutions.Founded in 2003 by Uday Kotak, Kotak Mahindra Bank offers comprehensive banking and financial services, including accounts, loans, credit cards, wealth management, insurance, and investment banking.
For FY26, Kotak Mahindra Bank had reported about INR 55,563 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 14,007 Cr in PAT.Between Aug 2020 and Aug 2022, YES Bank had attracted about USD 1,077 M from JC Flowers, Advent International, Carlyle, and White Oak Capital Management.For FY26, YES Bank had reported about INR 30,169 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3,475 Cr in PAT.
