Lodha Developers to raise Rs.5,000-Cr through NCDs
Mumbai-based realty firm Lodha Developers will raise INR 5,000 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).Founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha, the group has developed residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, Thane, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru and London.
