NBFC Moneyboxx Finance raises Rs.50-Cr via NCDs from Capri Global Capital

Mumbai-based, BSE-listed non-banking financial company (NBFC) Moneyboxx Finance has raised INR 50-Cr through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) subscribed by Capri Global Capital. This transaction brings the total amount raised by the firm via NCDs to INR 70 Cr during the first four months of FY27.Moneyboxx Finance operates over 150 branches across 12 states. The company offers both secured and unsecured business loans ranging from INR 1 lakh to INR 25 lakh, focusing on segments such as livestock, kirana retail, and small manufacturers. It plans to use the new funds to expand its lending operations to small and micro-entrepreneurs in rural and semi-urban India.The firm is backed by 34 lenders, including State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, and has raised over INR 1,500-Cr in debt to date.

Between Dec 2020 and Mar 2026, Moneyboxx had attracted about $ 25 M from BlackSoil Capital, Caspian Advisors, Oikocredit, Others.For FY25, Moneyboxx had reported about INR 199 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in PAT.
