Viceroy Properties gets Rs.250-Cr from Bajaj Housing Finance for luxury residential project
Mumbai-based real estate developer Viceroy Properties has secured project funding of INR 250 crore from Bajaj Housing Finance for its luxury residential project Visava in Versova, western Mumbai.Viceroy will invest INR 600 crore in the greenfield project. The funds will be repaid over five years.
