Women's innerwear brand D'chica raises Rs.1.6 Cr from Velocity
Delhi-based apparel and fashion brand D'chica has raised INR 1.62 crore from revenue-based financier Velocity. Founded by Richa Kapila and Vani Chugh Kabra, D'chica is a D2C brand that focuses on women's innerwear along with a fashion line of sportswear, loungewear, and footwear. The brand sells its products across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Firstcry, Jabong, and Zivame and also exports its innerwear range to the US, the UK, and Germany. The funds raised will be used to scale its marketing and hiring efforts and to achieve INR 45 crore in revenue in FY 2023-24. The firm is set to close the current FY with INR 13 crore of revenue.
