Adani Green raises $200-M from Japan's MUFG Bank, SMBC
Publicly listed Adani Green Energy Ltd has raised 27,954 million Japanese Yen (around USD 200 million), through its subsidiary Adani Solar Energy AP Six Pvt Ltd, to refinance its existing debt. The project loan facility is supported by MUFG Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation with equal participation. Latham & Watkins LLP and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsels for the transaction.
