Brands aggregator BRNDME to raise Rs.300-Cr debt
E-commerce unicorn BRND.ME (formerly Mensa Brands), an e-commerce roll-up platform, is to issue 3,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of INR 10 lakhs each, aiming to raise INR 300 crore from JM Financial and other parties. Additionally the company has converted into a public company after passing a resolution, following its domicile shift from Singapore to India.Founded in 2021, BRND.ME invests in digital-first brands across fashion, home, beauty, and food, with the goal of scaling them rapidly. Its portfolio includes MyFitness and other wellness and lifestyle brands. The company operates in over 16 international markets, including India, the US, Canada, the Middle East, and Europe, and is exploring expansion into Southeast Asia.
