Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods raises Rs.56-Cr from Blacksoil, Binny Bansal
Bengaluru-based cloud kitchen startup Curefoods has raised INR 56.4 crore (around USD 6.6 million) in debt, led by BlackSoil Capital (INR 50 crore via 1,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at INR 5,00,000 each) with participation from existing backer Binny Bansal (INR 6.4 crore via 595 compulsorily convertible debentures).The funds will be used for the company's working capital requirements and business expansion.Curefoods operates brands such as EatFit, Sharief Bhai, Olio Pizza, Krispy Kreme and Nomad Pizza. Currently, it runs over 100 kitchens across over 200 locations in India.
Between Aug 2021 and Feb 2025, Curefoods had attracted about USD 195.68 M from Alteria Capital, Chiratae Ventures, Iron Pillar, Trifecta Capital, Binny Bansal and Kunal Shah.
