Co-working office operator iSprout raises Rs.60-Cr from Tata Capital
Hyderabad-based managed office operator iSprout has raised INR 60 crore in debt from Tata Capital.The new funds will be used to launch new centers across tier-1 and tier-2 cities, upgrade technology platforms, expand workspace customisation solutions, and strengthen end-to-end facility management services.Founded in 2017 by Sundari Patibandla and Sreenivas Tirdhala, the company currently claims to operate 25 centers across nine cities, managing a portfolio of 2.5 million sq. ft.
In Oct 2023, iSprout had attracted about USD 5 M in debt from Vivriti Asset Management.
