Cube Highways Trust raises Rs.1,152-Cr through NCDs

Noida-headquartered Cube Highways Trust , an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), has raised INR 1,152 crore via the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) across three-year and seven-year tenures. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing floating rate loans.Established in 2022, Cube InvIT operates 25 assets worth INR 31,461 crore across 12 states as of December 2024. Its assets’ average residual concession period is about 19.6 years.
