Dairy products seller Country Delight raises Rs.65-Cr via NCDs from Alteria Capital

Gurugram-based Country Delight has raised INR 65 crore in debt from Alteria Capital through the issuance of 6,500 non-convertible debentures (NCDs)Founded in 2015 by Chakradhar Gade and Nitin Kaushal, Country Delight provides a range of dairy products, bakery goods, poultry, and farm produce sourced directly from dairy farms to its customers across more than 25 cities.

Between Mar 2025 and Mar 2017, Country Delight had attracted about $ 269 M from Orios VP, Z47, Alteria Capital, 360 ONE, Elevation Capital, SWC Global Fund, Temasek, Trifecta Capital, Venturi Partners, SWC Global Fund, and others.
