E-mobility startup Blu Smart, battery startup Lohum raise Rs.40-Cr from Stride Ventures

Venture debt firm Stride Ventures has invested INR 40 crore in e-mobility startup Blu Smart and battery manufacturing startup Lohum. It is also looking to invest INR 100 crore into electric vehicle (EV) start-ups over the next three to six months, focusing on OEMs and ancillaries having commercialised use cases within the EV space.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between May-19 and Sep-21, Blu Smart Mobility raised $35-M from BP Ventures, Mayfield, Kalpavriksh Fund, Munjal Family Office, Micromax, and others. Between Jul-20 and Jan-21, Lohum raised $8.3 M from Baring India, Sequoia Capital India, and others.
