ICICI Bank raises $1-B via senior unsecured bond issuance
Mumbai-based ICICI Bank has raised USD 1-B through a five-year senior unsecured USD bond. HSBC acted as the joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner for the transaction.The bond issue was priced at 100 basis points over the five-year US Treasury yield with a 5.46% coupon. The offering was 2.3 times oversubscribed, attracting over USD 2.3-B in orders from institutional fund managers, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and banks.
For FY26, ICICI Bank had reported about INR 1,95,218 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 54,208 Cr in PAT.
