IFC to lend $95-M to Brookfield's solar power SPVs in Rajasthan

IFC is to provide a long term senior loan of USD 95 million to a group of special purpose vehicles (SPV) developing about 560 MWp portfolio of solar plants in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The SPVs are wholly owned by BGTF Holdings (DIFC) Limited, which are ultimately owned by Canadian infrastructure investor Brookfield.
