IREDA, Godrej, others raise Rs.4,165-Cr through bond issuances

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), Godrej Industries, Embassy Office Parks REIT, and India Infradebt have collectively raised INR 4,165 crore through bond issuances.IREDA is a state-owned entity, while Godrej Industries operates as a conglomerate, Embassy Office Parks REIT functions as a real estate investment trust, and India Infradebt is an infrastructure-focused firm. The companies would use the debt to fulfil their respective capital requirements, with the issuances structured across varying maturity profiles and coupon rates.

For FY25, IREDA had reported about INR 6,742 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1,699 Cr in PAT.For FY25, Godrej Industries had reported about INR 4,171 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 190 Cr in PAT.
