MSME-focused lender Sammaan Capital raises $300-M via overseas bonds

Gurugram-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) Sammaan Capital , formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance, has raised USD 300 million (about INR 2,600 crore) through senior secured social bonds to international investors.The bonds will carry a coupon of 8.95% with a tenure of three years and are expected to be listed on the Global Securities Market (GSM) of the India International Exchange (IFSC) at GIFT City.Founded in 2000, Sammaan Capital is a mortgage-focused NBFC which funds working capital needs of MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) and small businesses.
