NCLAT stays formation of creditors' panels to overtake realtors ATS, Supertech

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stayed formation of Committee of Creditors (COC) to overtake Anand Divine Developers Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Noida-based realty developer ATS group, against whom the Delhi bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) had ordered bankruptcy proceedings. NCLAT has listed the matter on May 11. NCLAT has also stayed formation of COC to overtake Supertech Ltd, against whom the Delhi bench of the NCLT had ordered bankruptcy proceedings. NCLAT will hear the matter again on April 19.
