NCLT orders insolvency proceedings against Santasha Real Estate
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered initiation of insolvency proceedings against Santasha Real Estate. The order came on a plea filed by Vani Advertising, an operational creditor to the company, which has claimed a default of INR 40.77 lakh on dues owed by Santasha.
