NCLT orders liquidation of Lanco Vidarbha Thermal Power

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered the liquidation of yet another subsidiary of Hyderabad-based Lanco Group, Lanco Vidarbha Thermal Power Ltd, after it failed to find a suitor under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). The company has debt of over INR 6,700 crore.
