Police file chargesheet against RP in Educomp insolvency case

The Haryana Police has filed a chargesheet against Resolution Professional (RP) Ashwani Mehra, Aviral Jain - MD, Duff & Phelps India and Tarun Bhatia - MD, Kroll Associates citing legal irregularities in the insolvency proceedings of Educomp Infrastructure & Schools Management.
