Renewable energy co. ACME Solar secures Rs.4,725-Cr from PFC, NaBFID, Yes Bank
ACME Solar Holdings has raised INR 4,725 crore in financing from Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC Ltd), National Bank for Financing Infrastructure Development (NaBFID), and Yes Bank. This capital includes new greenfield project funding and the refinancing of existing debt. The arrangements have tenors ranging from 18 to 20 years.ACME Solar Holdings has a portfolio spanning solar, wind, storage, FDRE, and hybrid solutions.The fresh funds will be used to finance renewable energy projects and optimise the company's capital structure by reducing financing costs. The company will use INR 2,716 crore from PFC Ltd for the 300 MW ACME Sigma FDRE project, and under refinancing, INR 1,209 crore from Yes Bank will be used for the 300 MW ACME Sikar Solar project.
Between Sep-14 and Apr-25, ACME Solar had attracted about USD 375 M from IFU and others.
