Shapoorji Pallonji Group’s Mercury Finance plans $125-M bond reissue

Mumbai-based Mercury Finance , a unit of real estate conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji Group, plans to raise USD 125-M by reopening its zero-coupon dollar bonds maturing in July 2029.The funds generated through this dollar-rupee fundraising arrangement are intended to address a payment obligation of Porteast Investment, another subsidiary of the group, which is due for a debt payment originally raised in May 2025.
