Sindhuja Microcredit raises Rs.100-Cr via NCDs

Noida-based Sindhuja Microcredit has raised INR 100 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs), marking its Entry into the listed debt capital markets.The transaction saw the participation of investors through Wint Wealth and Stable Money platforms.Founded in 2018 by Abhisheka Kumar and Malkit Singh Didyala, Sindhuja Microcredit is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) that lends to micro and small entrepreneurs. As of August 31, 2026, it had INR 1,059 crore in assets under management, 3,01,640 active customers and 361 branches across 12 states.

Between Mar 2019 and May 2026, Sindhuja Microcredit had attracted about USD 32 M from Abler Nordic, Carpediem Capital Partners, GAWA Microfinance Fund, and Oikocredit.For FY25, Sindhuja Microcredit had reported about INR 255 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 35 Cr in Net Loss.
