Smartworks Coworking Spaces raises funding from Deutsche Bank

Noida-based Smartworks Coworking Spaces, a provider of managed and flexible office space, has raised funds from Deutsche Bank. Legal firm S&R Associates represented Deutsche Investments India and Deutsche Bank AG, London in their investments in unlisted secured non-convertible bonds and warrants, respectively, of Smartworks.
