Tata Chemicals raises Rs.1,500-Cr via NCDs

Publicly listed Tata Chemicals Ltd has raised INR 1,500 crore through the allotment of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The NCDs, with a fixed rate coupon of 7.06%, have been issued based on the multiple yield allotment method and have a tenure of two years and 364 days. The company allotted 1,50,000 listed, unsecured, rated, redeemable, taxable, non-cumulative NCDs, each having a face value of INR 1 lakh.
