Tata Communications floats commercial papers to raise Rs.465-Cr

Publicly listed telecommunication player Tata Communications Limited has issued commercial papers to raise INR 465 crore.The commercial papers were issued on February 21 with May 23, 2025 as the date of redemption and were listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited on February 24, 2025.Each security carried a face value of INR 5 lakh. The company has also offered a discount of 7.47 per cent per annum on the security.
