Travel portal EasyMyTrip to raise Rs.500-Cr via rights issue

New Delhi-based, listed online travel agency Easy Trip Planners (which operates under the brand EaseMyTrip) is to raise Rs.500-Cr through a rights issue.EaseMyTrip offers comprehensive, end-to-end travel solutions, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, rail tickets, and bus tickets.
