Veranda Learning to raise Rs.425-Cr NCD from BPEA Credit
Publicly listed, Chennai-based Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd is to raise INR 425 crore via non-convertible debentures (NCDs) from BPEA Credit. The new funds will be used to finance acquisitions. Anand Rathi was the lead i-banker to the company.
