Waaree Energies’ arm Solfin Sustainable Finance to raise Rs.600-Cr

Founded by former American Express executives Gautam Kaushik and Pramod Mahanta, the company operates as a distributed green asset delivery and financing platform through its captive NBFC. The firm intends to deploy nearly INR 1,000 crore to support clean energy financing across India, targeting residential, commercial, industrial, MSME, group housing society, EPC, and dealer segments.The company currently partners with more than 1,350 entities, including EPC companies, dealers, OEMs, and manufacturers such as Waaree Energies.

For FY25, Dhanvikas Fiscal Services had reported about INR 2 Cr in Operating Income and about INR -3.16 Cr in Net Loss.
