Wealth mgmt platform FundsIndia raises Rs.44.6 Cr via NCDs
Chennai-based wealth management platform FundsIndia has raised INR 44.6 crore through an issuance of secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs), which saw participation from accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals.FundsIndia provides investment services to retail, partner, and private wealth clients. The company plans to use the newly raised funds to strengthen its technology and platform capabilities while expanding its range of investment products across its business segments.
Between July 2010 and Aug 2023, FundsIndia had attracted about $ 50 M from Athera Venture Partners, Foundation Capital, Faering Capital, WestBridge.For FY25, FundsIndia had reported about INR 107 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 28 Cr in Net Loss.
