ABB India sells mechanical power transmission biz for Rs.45-Cr to RBC Bearings

Bengaluru-based, publicly listed ABB India Ltd has completed the sale of its mechanical power transmission division Dodge to RBC Bearings Inc for INR 44.58 crore. RBC has made the acquisition through its affiliate Dodge Industrial India Pvt Ltd. In July this year, ABB board had approved a proposal to sell its mechanical power transmission division as a going concern on a slump sale basis to RBC Bearings. The business transfer was completed on December 1, 2021.
