Abhay HealthTech acquires MNP Healthcare to expand footprint in OTC segment
Gurugram-based Abhay HealthTech has acquired MNP Healthcare's entire portfolio, including its brands, products, people, and manufacturing facilities for further expansion in the OTC (over the counter) consumer healthcare sector.MNP Healthcare specialises in manufacturing medical and over-the-counter (OTC) products for pharmaceutical companies. MNP Healthcare directors Mohanlal Yadav and Naveen Pathak will join the advisory board of Abhay HealthTech.
