Acutaas acquires 75% of South Korea-based semiconductor chemicals co Indichem for Rs.130-Cr

Surat-based Acutaas Chemicals Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Acutaas Advance Material Ltd (formerly Baba Advance Materials Ltd), has completed the acquisition of a 75 percent stake in South Korea-based Indichem Inc. Acutaas Chemicals has invested approximately INR 130 crore for the initial deal and plans to invest INR 70 crore going forward.Founded in 2025, Indichem operates in the semiconductor chemicals industry.
