Adani arm buys Granthik Realtors for Rs.86-Cr

Publicly-listed Adani Enterprises Ltd , through its joint venture AdaniConneX Pvt Ltd has acquired a 100% stake in Mumbai-based Granthik Realtors Pvt Ltd (GRPL) from Windson Projects LLP for INR 85.99 crore.Incorporated in 2023, GRPL owns a sizable land parcel and has secured licenses to commence and carry out infrastructure activities and development projects.
