Adani Group explores EUR 3-B acquisition of Dutch energy storage group VTTI

The Adani Group is exploring a potential acquisition of the Rotterdam-based energy storage firm VTTI valuing the company at about EUR 3-Billion.Currently, VTTI is co-owned by IFM Investors, Vitol, and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc), with each owner considering a potential stake sale.VTTI operates a global network of terminals used for the storage of fuels and chemicals, including fossil fuels, biofuels, and solvents.
