Adani-IHC JV acquires cloud platform co. Coredge.io
Sirius Digitech, a joint venture between Adani Global and International Holding Company, has acquired a 77.5% stake in Noida-headquartered cloud platform company Coredge.io at INR 20,000 a share.Founded in 2020 by Arif Khan, Coredge is claimed to offer secure, scalable and designed-for-AI cloud solutions tailored for government and enterprise clients safeguarding data sovereignty. It has clients in Japan, Singapore, and India.
