Adani Logistics acquires inland container depot in Gujarat's Tumb for Rs.835-Cr

Adani Logistics Ltd (ALL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of publicly listed Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), is to acquire the inland container depot (ICD) cum private freight terminal of Navkar Corporation Ltd, at Tumb Village in Valsad district in Gujarat for about INR 835 crore. The turnover of the target business for FY22 was INR 403.28 crore. The facility is located between Hazira Port & Nhava Sheva Port and serves as a multi modal logistics hub for surrounding industrial units of GIDCs and MIDCs.
