Adani Wilmar to buy 67% in Omkar Chemicals for Rs.56-Cr
Listed edible oil maker and FMCG company Adani Wilmar has acquired 67% stake in Omkar Chemicals (OCIPL), a Gujarat-based speciality chemicals firm at an enterprise value of INR 56.25 crore.OCIPL operates a manufacturing plant in Panoli, Gujarat, with an annual capacity of around 20,000 MT of surfactants. Its turnover for FY24 was INR 13.95 crore
