AdaniConneX acquires Madhuvanti Build Estate for Rs.765.25 Cr

Ahmedabad-based AdaniConneX, a data center JV of publicly listed Adani Enterprises, has acquired a 100% equity stake in Ahmedabad-based Madhuvanti Build Estate for a cash consideration of INR 765.25 crore.Founded in 2019, Madhuvanti Build Estate holds a significant land parcel and has secured essential licenses for infrastructure development. It has not reported any revenues yet.
