Aerospace player Sigma Advanced Systems acquires UK-based Nasmyth for Rs.213-Cr
Hyderabad-headquartered Sigma Advanced Systems, a manufacturer of aero-engine and aerostructure components, has acquired UK-based Nasmyth Group for INR 213 crore.Post acquisition, Sigma plans an additional investment of INR 450 crore to expand its capabilities and capacity, with a focus on expansion in the USA.Nasmyth serves as a Tier-1 precision engineering partner to leading aerospace and defence OEMs. Its capabilities include complex machining, fabrication, systems integration, and advanced metal treatments.
