Agrochem firm Best Agrolife acquires Best Crop Science for Rs.101.6 Cr

New Delhi-based, publicly listed agrochemical firm Best Agrolife Ltd has acquired 100% of fellow New Delhi-based Best Crop Science Pvt Ltd for INR 101.6 crore in a stock deal. The buy-out will support Best Agrolife's backward integration with R&D synthesis in manufacturing of active ingredients of herbicides, insecticides and fungicides. The promoters of Best Agrolife had held an 89.05% stake in Best Crop Science.
