Alkem Laboratories to sell Pithampur unit to Rubicon Research for Rs.149-Cr
Mumbai-headquartered Alkem Laboratories Ltd will sell its manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, to Thane-based Rubicon Research Ltd for INR 149 crore, on a slump sale basis.Rubicon is engaged in the business of development, manufacture, distribution and sale of pharmaceutical formulations.
