Allcargo buys out partner's 39% stake in contract logistics biz; exits from clearance biz

Publicly listed Allcargo Logistics Ltd is to acquire the residual 38.87% stake in the contract logistics business joint venture Avvashya CCI for INR 145 crore from its partner CCI Integrated Logistics at an enterprise value of INR 373 crore. The contract logistics business has a total space of over 5 million sq ft under its management and reported an EBITDA of INR 31 crore for the quarter Q3 FY22-23.
