Ambuja Cements to acquire My Home Group's grinding unit in TN for Rs.414-Cr

Ambuja Cements, the cement and building material company in the Adani Group, is to acquire My Home Group's 1.5 MTPA cement grinding unit in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu for INR 413.75 crore. The acquisition is expected to enhance the company's footprint across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
